Ding ding. I think the song was written with astrological imagery in mind but God used it for His glory, celebrated as Easter; the Risen Son.

Well yes and no. God didn't use it for his glory.

The Vatican did. They took the pagan holy days and switched them in order to accommodate pagan/ Christian converts who still celebrate them.
