Yes, fiber is fastest, but if you are out in the middle of nowhere this is a great alternative. It's not just another typical satellite ISP with extremely low latency (600ms). Starlink gets between 120-20ms so for online gaming, live streaming, phone calls, etc this is great. Plus Starlink's upload speeds are 20-40Mbps compared to Hughesnet garbage 1-2Mbps and there is a data limit. Starlink's the same monthly price as traditional satellite ISPs, it's just not available everywhere yet.
