Actually, you are correct. Racism is a misnomer in how it is applied. The term Racism denotes different races. We do have different ethnicities, but not different races. It has been integrated to be a derogatory because calling someone an ethnicist sounds stupid. Until we have hobbits, elves, dwarves and orcs, Racism is an abuse of the english language. All this in mind, changing the definition of key words is the forté and power of the left.
