It's hard to see clearly because he showed it so quickly. At first I thought it was just a target with bullet holes in it but I thought this was a bit unusual as I've seen Vernon Jones speak at quite a few Trump rallies and I haven't seen him do something like this before.
Right, I'm not sure there are extra colors and shapes on that target that just don't seem like regular bullet holes. Zooming in it looks like there is a mix of yellow shapes with the white but hard to identify what those shapes are.
