6 years ago Chris Rock roasted Jada at the Oscars. Apparently over the fact no black people were nominated for best actor. So Jada said she was going to boycott the Oscars because her husband was not nominated for movie Concussion. Chris Rock joked that she really didn't boycott she was not invited to the Oscars. So I would say this was over due.
