SInce 1999 (remember the Hanging Chads?) there has been no legitimate government, even within the scope of the USA Inc that came in after 1871. Pretty much after 1999 what has been there is an illegitimate military government, which transitioned from "President" to "President", but at least in 2020 we were told the truth about it.
Yeah idk he never said the the "next administration" anywhere in the interview. He just talked about guard duty and what they do. But he never gave up it if went to biden which leads us all to suspect. Now some can make the case its implied but I think we'd need more evidence of that.
