So he has COVID and he's not even sick.

Yet we still have states with mandates. So we can pop a positive test but not be physically impacted in any noticeable way?

It's the Paper Pandemic! On paper, it may work out. In reality, people aren't falling over dead in the streets. Hell, it's not even making them sick.
