The link you provided doesn't explain how the four students found their way to Gene Rosen's house.
Four kids stand feet away and witness their teacher getting blasted to death with an AR15. Pretty sure their hearing would have been damaged. They make a break for it as the gunman is reloading and the only way out is the entrance of the school where the shooter just minutes earlier had blasted his way in and murdered the principal and another worker. So in addition to witnessing their teacher murdered, they have to step over two dead bodies. From there, it's at least 1,000 ft to the roadway. They ignore the firehouse, because most kids at that age have learned that firemen are there to help. If you don't find it strange that four kids, after going through such a horrifying experience, would run past a firehouse they are familiar with and head over to Gene Rosen's house, then I don't know what else there is to say.
Adrenaline can make people do these they're not ordinarily able to do. You're making an assumption when it comes their hearing being damaged from the gunfire. Since we can only speculate where those kids were in relation to Lanza when he was shooting.
I'm not making an assumption. Have you ever fired an AR15? The guy was allegedly firing at least 100 rounds inside a classroom. If they were that close to an AR being fired, without hearing protection, their ears would have been ringing for days at a minimum. There is no speculation, according to Gene Rosen, they told him they watched their teacher get shot inside their classroom. You don't get to selectively choose when Gene Rosen is credible or not.
And spare me your adrenaline theory. You're going with the ridiculous notion that not one, but four children, running for their lives after witnessing a murder, would run past a firehouse.
There was panic all right. Take a look at google maps, there's one road in and out of that school and the nearest building to the school was the firehouse. The children had a 500 foot sprint out of that school and the only thing in their line of sight is the firehouse and the only thing that makes sense to you is that they missed it completely...all four of them. I gotta say, that makes you pretty dense if that doesn't raise any eyebrows.
What the hell is wrong with you? Talk out of both sides of your mouth much?
"You're making an assumption when it comes their hearing being damaged from the gunfire."
"You're also making an assumption that the kids hearing wasn't affected, it very could have been."

There were in a panic, we can't imagine what they were going through in that moment.
You're also making an assumption that the kids hearing wasn't affected, it very could have been. It was not mentioned in the report.

Sorry pal, now you're just not making any sense.
