You probably aren't capable of rearing children, either. Do yourself a favor and ask any parent if they think their kids would do the same thing. It's a common sense issue and you don't appear to have much experience with that.
You're not taking into account the horror the children had just seen and how that might have affected their thinking.
In the bus driver's statement, she says while she was talking to the kids, Rosen came out of his house and she and the kids went there. Had someone from the firehouse had come out at that point, maybe the kids would have gone there instead.
That's your problem, you are taking into account the most unlikely and ridiculous outcome as gospel. It's no different than psychos who have tried to employ the sleepwalking defense to prove their innocence when committing murder. It. does. not. hold. up. in. a. court. of. law.
That you continue to stand by such a far fetched scenario tells me all I need to know about how your mind works.
What's far-fetched about small children, who just witnessed a horrible act, not thinking clearly?
You said in another comment that the kids missed the firehouse completely as they were running from the school. That's not what happened. In the bus driver's statement, she says she saw them in the parking lot of the firehouse. That's when Rosen came, and they all went to his house.
So, they didn't miss the firehouse, that's where they were found by the bus driver.
" In the bus driver's statement, she says she saw them in the parking lot of the firehouse. That's when Rosen came, and they all went to his house."
So you buy that load of horseshit? By stating that as fact and not even questioning it, tells me you have absolutely no experience as a parent and thank God for that.
I'll do you a favor, genius, a school bus driver's responsibility is to take kids to and from school and that's it. Two things should have happened; if she didn't know the shooting took place, she should have attempted to take them back to the school, not take them to creepy, story changing, Gene Rosen's house; if she did know, she should have called 911 and alerted police and taken their instruction, which they wouldn't instruct her to take them to creepy Gene Rosen's house. For you to try to pass that off as a reasonable explanation tells me you are just a fucking dunce. I wouldn't trust you near anyone's kids.
