If you do a screen capture of just the area of pin and enlarge it, it definitely is a Law Enforcement star similar to what one would see on a Sheriff's Officer. But is does not appear to be a U.S. Marshal's badge.
Probably not active duty Florida law enforcement. I would think it would be more like if one hired an ex-navy seal for personal protection, that he is a trusted ex-Florida, possibly retired contractor type, but that is just my guess.

I’m pretty sure they are walking out of Trump Tower in NYC. Does this mean they are protected by Florida law enforcement outside of Florida state?
