The people who should be upset are those who won (?) their awards. Best movie? Don't know. Best score? Who cares. The 2022 Oscars will be known as "the night Will Smith slapped the face off Chris Rock", fake or not. The ONLY who's happy about this is Venus Williams, because now no one will be talking about her nip-slip.
