PDW was churning out memes like crazy.

Multiple mentions on the front page of GAB.

Tons of Youtube people talking about it. I saw Abba & Preach did a video about it.

You don't have to watch anything to know what happens, the word just travels. I don't watch cable TV at all and I heard about it the next morning.
