A man paralyzed below the waist is not necessarily impotent. It's just a reflex. You might be surprised.

A man paralyzed below the waist does not tend to lose sexual appetite even if they do become impotent. Plenty of physically-disabled people, with some adaptation, are able to lead sexually-fulfilling lives. It’s like overcoming any handicap.
