Which anime studios translation to blonde

Lately Goku's most powerful forms have pink or blue hair. Looks awesome honestly, any of the super saiyan rose stuff is cool and I'm not even a dragon ball fan

That could very well be it, but why not leave it white for the anime as well? And to pair it with blue eyes specifically when on black and white paper medium the iris is just black and open to any interpretation...
