I don't think it is time yet. Not sure that he will.
If he/they don't it may be a crapshoot if we find out who it was. National security & safety vs. Ends up not a big deal.
We will likely find out some parties involved but no the mastermind. No matter how deep you go rooting out the deep state there are always new psychopaths waiting in the wings to take over. Wouldn't surprise me if you have to have a q team permanently to maintain order and squash any DS trying to resurface
That is what I unspectacular has been happening since the 60s. Not under the name of Q, per se, but some group.
I believe you are correct, some form will continue as long as there is a republic.
