Maybe it meant that the IPs were captured and used to gather and process election fraud data, then cleansed and released.

"Like any good house guest, Trump cleans up after himself. He used the IP’s to catch them all and then cleansed those IP’s like any good house guest might neatly make their bed before leaving."
