Mr. Pool - Who is he & why should we care?

I follow a lot of Q-related accounts and people in our movement / on our side.

I see quite a bit of chatter of & around Mr. Pool who posts weird, cryptic shit that may or may not be totally meaningless / LARP / PSYOP.

Who exactly is he (to the extent we know about him) and WTF are so many treating mr. Pool as if he is Q.2.0?

It's really irritating that most people don't post sources but it seems he's mostly active on twitter. He seems to have been banned many times (surprise) but keeps coming back with a slightly different user name.....
