I agree with all of your points! However, Biden is unlikely to withdraw the nomination, but the Senate can still say "Hell, No!!", and the Judiciary Committee can pretty much delay her confirmation hearing from the Senate as a whole indefinitely. (But who knows if they will - We need to keep the pressure on!)
