If we take chris rock to be a stand in for black rock, what is this COMM saying? Here is a list of SLAP acronyms. Anyone got any ideas?

I don't know dude, this sounds crazy but I wont dismiss it out of hand.
Dont overthink it, I think the comm is simple. To the Elite who understand comms, its saying "Get out of Black Rock because they are going down"
Makes a ton of sense when you realise that Black Rock is firmly tied with Fed in flooding us with fiat dollars, and as Putin announced Gold backed Rouble, which is going to take down the Fed, Black Rock is going to go down with it.
Infact if I was an Elite with my portfolio in Black Rock funds, I would be moving them out in a hurry. So you might be on to something.
We have to go back to how Chris Rock and Will Smith came on the scene. Usually the symbology each character represents carries through.
Edit: there seems to be correlation:
BlackRock adopted that name in 1992
Chris Rock started his acting career in 1991 and 1992
If we keep it simple my first impression was the same as yours, something like "BlackRock is about to take a big public hit"
