I live comfortably on sub 30k a year where I live. It's about perspective. If 400k seems low to you, your perspective is skewed drastically

Same here. Sub 30k where I'm at. Would be better if the US dollar wasn't fucked into oblivion. But I have food, shelter, and few extra things. I'm happy 🤷
