Yes, she said they were foreskins from South Korean babies. It was formulated into a face cream. So smearing baby foreskins on your face keeps you looking youthful is the idea here.

I’m pretty sure they don’t stop at foreskins. I would imagine the abortion industry finds the cosmetic industry quite profitable.
