Because Snowden was a CIA asset attempting to take down the NSA. There's a reason he's had all of the documentaries and interviews on MSM outlets, and it's not because he was a traitor to the Deep State.

true tho I suspect CIA could sneak an assassin into russia if they really wanted to but yeah they might not want to because that would cause problems with russia, war etc. Just like how they don't want to try to defend a no fly zone over ukraine, not worth it, but I do think they'd like to kill snowden if they can, he was smart how he escaped first then had things leaked. Jan 6 guards might not even have had plans to be a whistleblower, maybe they just texted or called friends saying they knew certain things, NSA saw the texts or heard the calls and then they were killed as a premptive move.
