The "In doctor fauci we trust" part makes me think this almost has to be a troll. And yet if I had to bet my life on whether it was a troll or not, sadly I'd have to go with it not being a troll. Just when you think people couldn't possibly be any dumber, you see something like this and have to remind yourself there is no end to the stupidity of these people.
