We have caught the FBI lying so many times it is crazy to now think they are telling us the truth about not knowing where it is.

The Inspector General (and others) needs to investigate all lost or missing electronic devices that the FIB lost. How many lost, recovered? What measures have been taken to prevent lost electronics? Who has been reprimanded for lost devices, and how? Etc.
