Happily married for over 20 years, my wife and I do not discuss our sex life with anyone other than ourselves. And we would certainly never discuss sex with children that were not our own.

I have always thought that if 'who you screw' is what you lead with in every single interaction with other human beings you are clearly mentally deranged.
