So I'm at my parents house (supposedly) helping my father out with my mother during her initial home physical therapy after breaking her hip a couple months ago and being in the hospital for hip replacement, and then in a rehab center for a few weeks.
Regrettably, all they do during their waking hours is watch CNN & MSNBC - though more my father than mother, since he pretty much controls everything in the house for her....
Anyway, a couple days after getting here - he tells me that Nana had an idea about solving the Ukraine problem and had made a comment about 'taking Putin out by having America assassinate him.' Knowing that she was getting this from all the MSM they have on and was just parroting what she has been told, I asked him, "Why would you do that?"
He paused for a second with an uncomfortable look on his face - and then I continued, "Why would you take Putin out? What if he is the good guy, and the Russians are in Ukraine cleaning out all of the corruption from the last couple decades and are taking out the Neo-Nazis that have taken over?"
No response. He just sat there for about 30 seconds - and I could see the little mini explosions in his head going off as the cognitive dissonance made it's way around his cranium. And then after the pause, as is his wont, he jumped up and declared that he had to immediately go to the Post Office to buy stamps! And he left.
Obviously, my comment - and the prospect of his world view being turned on it's end wasn't sitting well.
Fast forward to this morning. As is usual, they had CNN tuned on the 'indoctrination video viewer' - watching their fill before I get up. As I came down the stairs to get my first cup of coffee, he didn't immediately click it off, and what I heard almost floored me. The female talking head had someone on a Skype (or whatever) interview - supposedly IN Ukraine, but more likely somewhere in a Burbank sound studio in front of a green screen - his American English was perfect with a mid-western accent...
He was saying something along the lines that now 'the Ukrainian people were starting to accept what had happened, and are trying to be happy in their lives - and thinking that this might have been a somewhat good thing.' That is a horrendous paraphrase since I was only half paying attention - but it's the general gist of what he was saying.
The reporterette then asked him, 'So why do you think that is - the people of Ukraine accepting what happened and are starting to be happy? Do you think it has to do with some of the themes that have been floating around, specifically,** that Russia invaded Ukraine to take out the Neo-Nazis?**'
Me - WAIT - WHAAAAATTT???? Did she just ask what I thought she asked? The interesting thing is that it didn't appear as a derogatory question or comment - but more of an earnest question on her part.
I look at my father - he looks at me..... He kind of looks down. I just said, "Hmmmm, interesting comment" and went to get my coffee.
Certainly not a Red Pill for him, and I don't see it even remotely as a possible start to get his opinion to change. But it may well be another possible indication that the Lame Stream Media has been White Hatted, and they are slipping little tidbits into their propaganda to slowly change the narrative.
Not holding my breath for the band-aid to be ripped off, and want it to hurry up. But maybe a little bit of hopium.
"They will NEVER change their minds no matter how much evidence you show them - not unless, and until, things like the truth about vaccine damage and the truth about the NWO is presented as fact on the Mainstream News and becomes part of the Majority Opinion."
Mostly this exactly, but also they think they are right- on a personal level, with backing from 'the heard.' The truth needs to be undeniable and unceasing to completely destroy all foundation of what they think they know.
Only at this point can they hope to understand anything without getting tripped up by over-analysis paralysis and/or making excuses on behalf of pure evil.
