It can't be 80%, because half of the people I work with got it and 40% of our work force hasn't come down with tinnitus or similar ear symptoms.

It feels like this is comms saying:

"80% of vaccinated people aren't listening to the vaccine/covid propaganda anymore. They have a 'hearing' problem."
