I agree but I am still as skeptical as possible. Cruz is/was a swamp creature without any doubt.

The aunt of the Jan 6th defendant who committed suicide pointed out that Ted Cruz had publicly called them violent insurrectionists. Words matter, and he caused harm and lost credibility with that statement.
