Tell your normie friends to try this experiment:

Get a stepladder

Get a bowling ball

Go to the top of the stepladder

Throw the ball as hard as you can into your kitchen cabinet

That would be about 1/1000th of the force of a 50lb missile travelling at near speed of sound.

(maths are guesstimates, but you get the idea)
