I think the groomers in the schools may have been unhappy in their own childhood, and something made them hate their own genitals. Then when they grow up and have the power and opportunity they project this onto innocent kids to justify their own feelings and unhappiness about themselves. It makes them feel better when they convince little kids to want to cut off their genitals too. It's projection.
