When someone shared this theory last summer/fall, I thought yes it's very possible or probable. That would theoretically mean the military was in control as we know obammy wouldn't arrest her. If that's true it would make sense why obammy didn't step in with the electoral college as Q alluded to. Q said internally they made it known that would be a bad move for obammy.
