I don't mean to stomp on theories but tatoo artists are really good at what they do and that looks nothing like the picture. I mean NONE of it matches or lines up. Go ahead and try overlaying them. They dont match at all. Honestly it doesn't even look like a tattoo and more like he spilled his bong water on his back.
