Uhhhh, it was being confiscated why did he have $9.8 million to BUY A NEW MANSION? And why was he allowed to buy a $7.9 million condo after selling his $17.75 million duplex? I swear it's like people want it to be true so much they just ignore the parts of the story that contradict that.

He then handed over $9.8 million for a new mansion in Brentwood, Calif. He picked up a 3,000-square-foot condo near Lincoln Center for around $7.9 million.
