For a man ‘he’ is tiny with very narrow shoulders. I saw a video of ?him? in shorts and the knees I saw did not look very masculine. Quite an interesting consideration. No question about being an installed puppet. I could not imagine any sane society thinking this person would make a suitable national leader.
