We must do both to be an effective/capable student! If we do not ask questions, we cannot learn! If we do not declare our hearts and minds freely, they cannot be known and addressed/criticized/scrutinized by others!
I came seeking to learn, and to explore/discuss, not merely to be lectured to!
I do appreciate, however - that god gave us two eyes and ears, and only one mouth. As they say.
