This was always the case. The problem is Pfizer has countless contingency plans with countless mechanisms, especially black-mail, that they can use to twist the law to blunt any bullseye anyone thinks they can land. They literally had the mRNA gene therapies reclassified as vaccines and redefined what a vaccine is to get away with their crime.
