Currently I am recovering from spinal fusion back surgery which was March 18th. I am trying like crazy to follow Dr restrictions on what I should and should not be doing. Lifting no more than fifteen pounds, is difficult as I want to hold my grandbabies but have been following, bending however is proving very difficult. How do you retrain a 53 yr old brain to suddenly Not do things you have done your entire life? I have been warned that this is my final stop before a wheelchair which is a terrifying thought. Please pray for me, still quite a bit if pain but am improving quickly and nearly off the painkillers and back to my CBD and Ibuprofen 800mg and muscle relaxer only. Desperately wanting to quickly eliminate anything potentially addicting.

Curcumin, not curcurmin. ;)
Yeah, that, typo
Prayers for you, Callmejuls. May the Lord bless you with fast and complete healing, patience to endure this frustrating interim period and joy in discovering some less physical activities you might find interesting until you're back to 100%. 🙏 Tell your grandchildren that you're saving up those hugs and get to hug them twice as much after you get back to full mobility.
I apologize for spell-checking one of our spell-checking anons and I hope it didn't upset you. No offense was intended to you. I did pray for you and will continue to do so.
Thank you.
Oh, also, quite often When I am typing fast, my keyboard sticks and many letters don’t register, resulting in typos.
