Pro-tip: You can also change your default DNS server to bypass ISP blocks as well, even without VPN.

Depends. If you're on Windows, you can edit your network connection.

Here's a link (warning - 27 ads if you have no ad-blocker) with instructions-

You can also update it on your router and it will affect all devices on your network, even the ones that don't let you change DNS settings.
