Deep State can't even get good actors nowadays, who hold still when they are supposed to be dead.
Is it possible they're injured and in shock but surviving? People do weird things, but ye his arm seems to move too fast for an injured person. He'd wave for help, or not move if you think it's enemy vehicles.
