Disqualification requested because the judge was appointed by the husband (WJC) of the defendent (HRC)

Well, I think a Federal Judge who owes his career to WJC is obviously biased.

Certainly. It's just hard to imagine any judge that neither side has a good argument against. I suppose it'll have to be a Bush appointee. Maybe there's a sleeper in there somewhere, appointed by Obama.

Or the whole thing will disappear after the military happening.
