Even if, for whatever reason, the legislation wouldn't be immediately struck down and judges "fired" because they are as illegitimate as Biden, I'm guessing "we have it all" includes those judges. They are not above the law and are punishable for crimes. So if they're swinging by their necks, they are no longer judge. At least that's what I'm hoping. But I wouldn't know, I'm not a lawyer. :D
