He talks of Jimmy Carter's replacement which seems entirely reasonable, and everything I see when it comes to why Joe's double experiences such a litany of mental lapses lines up perfectly with the type of behaviour described of the Carter Robotoid, thus indicating to me that rather than a succession of traditional actors Joe is being replaced by a series of rapidly diminishing duplicates.

I think Putin is also a series of doubles. However, the important thing to realise is that these puppets are controlled by whoever holds the "key".

I think that this Soviet-era origin has a lot to do with the current climate, and is why Biden and Clinton are still considered viable useful yet scapegoatable assets despite the intense dislike people have for them.

It's just that whoever and whatever has "the key" are exceedingly stupid and not as good at military strategy, hence the mostly transparent propaganda campaigns and armies of the drugged and deranged.
