Not such a thing as viewpoints with old-time Euclidian geometry. You can repeat some of them yourself with some help from the internet. Ask someone to take a picture of a clear night sky star on different hemispheres of the globe (preferably with a telescope) and you'll see that the constelations change (We have the Northern star from the Ursa Major and the Southern Hemisphere has the Crux constelation (the Southern cross). I know this after seeing pictures taken from friends who are photography enthusiasts and took some of these pictures when they went to Australia
The mere existence of timezones is proof that earth has a rounded and tilted shape and revolvers around the sun, or else the sun would always hit the same longitude with the same intensity all year round, which is responsible for the existance of seasons and why our seasons are the complete inverse of our friends' under the Equator. I know this because I have friends in South America and they are under a warm summer sun in December while I freeze my back off shoveling snow out of my driveway
And, for the last one, you can do the Foucault pendulum. Just tie a weight to a string and slightly spin it, with time, you'll see it spinning in reverse, proving earth is rotating under your feet.
Then again, I never believe anything just because someone told me so. I tested it, repeated it multiple times. And now I believe it.
Ask someone to take a picture of a clear night sky
Looking up to determine the shape of what is in the opposite direction is both foolish and stupid. The shape of the world isn't hidden in the sky. That's dumb.

I know you are just repeating things you heard, because this is also incredibly stupid. Timezones are arbitrary. We made them up. We could unmake them in a whim. They aren't even straight lines / equal areas. They are as real as country/property borders and for the exact same reasons.
proving earth is rotating under your feet.
This is a misunderstanding, but will take longer to explain/explore. I hope you will join us to explore your views further!
I tested it, repeated it multiple times. And now I believe it.
The former is laudable and I extend my sincere kudos to you (almost NO ONE bothers to do that). The latter is why you fail. Belief has NO place in knowledge and is directly across purposes to it. Please discuss it further with me (ideally on the community I created for such discussions. Apparently GA doesn't really want that sort of thing here)

I don't think so (quite the opposite, as a matter of fact), could you please quote the section/statement you interpreted that way?
