The DS didn’t anticipate the massive turnout for Trump. Because the turnout was mostly on the day of the election they were forced to act quickly and it was sloppy.

Just thinking Biden turnout was also very poor, which made the “normal” machine fraud algorithms insufficient. This really made them scramble. They didn’t have time to make things match
