Spent a lot of time in Atlanta in early 80's attending training classes. Billy's was a bar on Roswell road.
Got to tell you this one story. I was flying from my hometown to Atlanta, and I happen to sit with this guy who knew someone that I knew. He told me that where ever he goes, he usually runs into somebody he knows. In almost a braggadocious way he said, "I know a lot of people". I commented, me too.
Well we had just gotten off the plane in Atlanta, and were walking through the terminal, and this gorgeous stewardess shouts my name, and five beautiful stewardess's run over to me, and Libby this one that I spent a few night with give me a big hug, kisses me, and tells me she will be back in town tomorrow night and want to see me.
This guys jaw drops, and he just says some like, "Damn".
SNL used to be so good.
And regular people use to understand the economy
Check this out. James Woods AIDS Conscious Dracula. https://vimeo.com/43187299
This skit was done during the height of AIDS.
I would love to see a remake of this but instead of AIDS, or Drac is worried about biting a Vaxxed woman.
Anyone recall the photos of the Carters with the giant Bidens next to them? Foreshadowing.
the current 20 somethings wouldn't get those jokes
...sadly true....
Did you ever see this one. AIDS Conscious Dracula with James Woods.

Now a video should be made but instead of Drac worried about AIDS, he concerned about biting the vaxxed.

Buy Billy Beer & Peanuts!!
...that was some nasty beer...
...basically re-branded Falls City Beer....
Even Billy hated it
...howls...
...I have a friend that drove a truck for Falls City...
...he had cases and cases of Billy Beer that he couldn't even give away...
...we ended up using them for target practice...
...it was very satisfying to see what 12 gauge 00 buckshot and a 44 magnum could do to a case of that stuff..
...howls...
...those were the days...
...side note...
...we had to do this far away from the house because it really smelled bad....
