1 in 100 are the odds, not even close to mathematically impossible. But nice find regardless and I'm glad it's not being called a decode.

1 in 101 (there are 101 combinations between 0-100 and 100-0) X 2 because it has to be a female nominee to match the Q post. Also, you could have one or more senators vote "present" and have less than 100 yea or nay votes.
