Has anybody had any luck finding a way around companies who require weekly testing for unvaccinated employees? I had no problems getting a religious exemption approved but I don't really feel comfortable being subject to weekly testing.

I did -- I went straight to the EO/TIX office. Stated that not only do I not know what's in the tests (which could be against my religion), it's clearly discrimination, and the definition of "fully vaccinated" continues to change. So why am I being targeted for an unspecified amount of time? I specifically used the words "discrimination" and "harassment".
Finally, I gave them recent articles showing that various tests, regardless of being EUA-only, have been reported to Poison Control. Several of these tests are being used once, sometimes twice a day, by folks and they are reporting poisoning by chemicals found in the tests.
It took about a week and half of deliberation, but the entire state's testing mandate was magically lifted after I met with EO/TIX.
To add: some of this policy-navigation requires playing their game, at least partially. I went to their EO/TIX website and made sure my request was framed exactly as they requested. Much like any legal process, if even a punctuation is out of place, lawyer-types can find an arbitrary reason to reject your request.
I'm doing weekly, was a bit worried, but it's just a self administered rapid test from "Chyna", take the test and send a pic of the results. They also provide the test, just hoping the swabs aren't VAIDs laced.
What’s to stop someone from taking a picture of 1 test in multiple locations and just sending a new picture in each week?
I thought the same, they just want a picture with a timestamp. So it's not really that strictly enforced. What I did find out that was interesting, out of roughly 200 employees, only 6 did not get the vax. I had more faith in the intelligence of my coworkers, so much for that.
A nice dose of Hopium from the hospital I work for in Louisville, KY. happened today.
"Unvaccinated, exempted employees are no longer required to undergo weekly nasal testing. These employees are still required to adhere to all CDC guidance regarding exposure risk, including wearing a mask at all times, even in private break rooms or at work stations, distancing at least 6 feet from others if their mask is off for eating or drinking, and reporting all symptoms to the Employee Health Helpline."
Get covid, recover.
Weekly testing has turned out fine. Win win as its not a PCR test...
What kind of injuries? Like frequent nose bleeds?

Is your company aware of this? Are the liable for your injury?
