Not yet... They are doing a ton of load testing and have millions signing up for iOS first... may be a bit before android. iOS dominates the US markets, obviously they want to launch domestically first... The moment android becomes eligible they will experience a massive influx on new signups... they are doing it the right way, unfortunately it means a lot of folks have to wait.
