Humans were not made to get off by watching strangers have sex. Video porn is a very new thing for humans and it's shown that it's done nothing but destroy lives and destroy minds. Porn muddles your brain, reduces patience, reduces self-control (obviously), increases anger, unhappiness, depression, etc.
