Makes sense. The craft are getting energy from the universal vacuum. Using a lot of that energy to create an high energy bubble around the craft. The craft is not fully local but is part in normal space partly in the energy field aka time.
Not sure how I feel about MUFON after a leader was arrested for soliciting a young girl a few years ago. Interesting there’s a joint report in light of that.
No flying saucers, no grey/green men, and (unfortunately) no space vixens or cat girls. That's more likely to be an experimental directed energy weapon from Russia or China that got placed on a spy drone or something of the sort. Remember that most of what pop culture mentions about military tech (Call of Duty, Hollywood and such) is at least 20 years behind what's being used right now, and God knows what might be being tested as we speak.
